Can Apex send photographs and updates while I am outside Rwanda?
Yes. Photographic reporting and clear maintenance updates are part of the absentee-owner service described on the current Apex website.
Can you coordinate repairs without me being in Rwanda?
Yes, subject to the agreed management scope and owner authorization. Apex can coordinate vendors, provide access, track progress and verify completion.
Can the residence be prepared before I return?
Yes. Residence-readiness support can include inspections, cleaning coordination, utilities and completion of agreed maintenance items before arrival.
